1.Definitions

The following terms used in the present Privacy Policy should be understood as follows

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

 

2.Personal data

The administrator of personal data is the Administrator.

 

The User may provide his personal data to the Administrator using the forms available on the Website, in particular the contact form and the newsletter subscription form.

 

The legal basis for the processing of Users' personal data is the User's voluntary consent expressed using the appropriate form on the website.

 

Personal data may also be processed in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or for the purpose of implementing a contract concluded between the parties.

 

Personal data provided to the Administrator by the User as part of the contact form are processed in order to respond to the inquiry sent via the form. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary for the User to receive a response. By contacting the Administrator via e-mail, the User provides the Administrator with his e-mail address as the sender's address. In addition, the content of the message may also include other personal data. The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this case is the User's consent resulting from the initiation of contact. The User's personal data provided as part of the e-mail contact is processed only for the purpose of handling the inquiry. The content of correspondence may be archived.

 

The data provided to the Administrator as part of the newsletter subscription form is processed in order to send the newsletter to the User. The legal basis for data processing in this case is the User's consent. The data provided in the newsletter subscription form will be saved in the mailing system database and will be stored there for the duration of the operation of the www.ihl.com.pl website, unless the User unsubscribes from receiving the newsletter earlier - then his data will be removed from the database.

 

The administrator may entrust personal data to other entities with the help of which he achieves the goals indicated in the previous points (e.g. companies providing hosting services, accounting company).

 

The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.

 

Personal data is collected with due diligence and protected against access by unauthorized persons.

 

The GDPR grants the User the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

  • the right to delete personal data,
  • the right to limit the processing of personal data,

  • the right to transfer data,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the User has given such consent.
